Newport’s Christmas Boat Parade has been judged one of the top ten holiday events in the country by the New York Times. The boats promenade along a 14-mile route and range from modest small craft to imposing trophy yachts. Many are elaborately decorated, with outlandish Christmas decorations and squadrons of carollers.
